1, plan,

2, preparation,

There are two ways to clean the fiber connector:
Contact cleaning method:

(3) clean cotton swab, specially designed for internal cleaning of ceramic casing, or to be used in cleaning flange (or adapter);
(4) professional cleaner, fiber optic connectors for cleaner used for roll wipes band, outfit can scroll in the shell, without alcohol, clean every time very effectively and produce a new surface, convenient and practical.
Non-contact method:
(1) ultrasonic cleaning method, which turns the cleaning liquid into ultrasonic "liquid column" to the end face of the connector, and collects the waste liquid in the same small space and absorbs it;
(2) high-pressure blowing method. The principle is to apply the cleaning liquid on the end face of the connector, and then blow on the end face of the connector with high pressure.
(2.4) check the cleanliness of optical fiber connector.

3, wiring

(1) bending radius
The minimum bending radius allowed by the jumper is subject to the operating specifications of the jumper manufacturer.
The minimum bending radius of the non-shielded twisted pair (UTP) should be four times the diameter of the cable and eight times the diameter of the cable.Core 2 or 4 core level minimum bending radius of cable is greater than 25 mm, if the bending radius is less than this standard, may lead to the relative position of the wire change, leading to lower transmission performance.
(2) jumper stretch and stress.
During the wiring process, please do not overexert, or you may increase the stress on the jumper wire and connector, resulting in lower performance.
(3) binding
Jumpers do not always have to be bound. If they are bound by the firm's binding principles, do not bind them too tightly, or they will cause a twisted pair.Do not tighten the clamp too tightly, it should be free to rotate with each jumper.Use a special product and consider products that can be used repeatedly without a tool, such as a nylon adhesive tape.
4, test,
(1) after the jump line wiring to complete, but may not think whether the optical fiber link or copper link completely conform to the specifications or integrated wiring of international and national standards, it should be tested optical fiber or copper cable, only after the test standard, whether can only be judged by testing standards.
5, validation,
(1) it is worth taking some time to visualize the connection.Make sure the jumper is loose and not caught in the cabinet door.
(2) the last step is to close the worksheet associated with the change request that has been executed according to the current configuration update record.
Now the jumper is one of the important components in the integrated wiring system, especially the good management operation of the jumper wire in the data center project.It is believed that as long as the construction managers correctly and reasonably jump line management operation, it will make the whole integrated wiring become a system that is advanced, scientific, practical and reliable in the real sense.
